A leading financial services organisation, due to some recent changes they are currently looking for a strategic manager to join the Talent and Development team to drive talent management initiatives in Asia Pacific region.
Role Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Development Asia, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and strategic direction for learning talent management initiatives for a dedicated portfolio within the APAC region. This is a strategic level position and you will work closely with both HR and the business in order to provide an all round talent management solutions covering organizational development, succession planning, and performance management as well as managing day to day learning operational activities.
The Successful Candidate:
- Degree educated you will have a minimum of 8 years proven track record in LD/Talent Management space which includes implementing talent programmes with a large global organization.
- An innovator who is able to recommend and implement new ideas.
- You will have outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluency in English is essential. Other Asian languages will be an advantage.
