As Talent and Culture Manager for Hanapin Marketing, you will play a key role in helping Hanapin attract and retain top employees while creating an environment to help them thrive professionally and personally. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Recruitment: Creating and maintaining active and passive programs
- On-boarding: Refining our orientation program to ensure new employee become familiar with the Hanapin culture and general procedures
- Training: Working with supervisors to measure and enhance employee training procedures
- Benefits: Working with vendors to manage and expand employee benefits program
- On-Going Training: Creating industry-leading professional and personal development programs
- Culture: Collaborating with the president and CEO to nurture Hanapin's team-oriented and unique culture

- Ability to work on-site at our Bloomington office

- Ability to work outside of normal office hours as needed or required by projects
REQUIREMENTS
- A four-year degree, especially in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR
- Demonstrated success in creation and expansion of employee development programs
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Competitive annual salary, paid every two weeks via direct deposit

- Self-scheduled working hours after six months of employment (eight hours from 7 am to 7 pm)
