Talent Development Consultant – Financial Services (REF: TDC-FS/AR140212) recruitment
Our client is a highly reputable Financial Services organisation with a strong reputation across APAC. They are now looking for an experienced Talent Development Practitioner to implement a range of key projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior HR professionals and Management teams to identify key development needs and help to design and implement projects to address requirements. The role will require strong analysis and reporting skills to help to address key priorities alongside consultation with senior management on appropriate solutions for talent and succession planning. You will also be actively involved in the monitoring and tracking of initiatives implemented and provide consultation and advice for improvement.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Talent Development and Organisational Development ideally gained from global MNC’s, Banking and Financial Services or Professional Services and have strong project management skills. You will have the ability to work on multiple projects and provide analytical consultation and advice to senior management. The successful candidate will have fluent English and Cantonese with Mandarin being an advantage.
