Summary: With a proud history in Hong Kong, this organisation produces and sells a range of industrial related products. They have over 12 plants throughout China and are able to provide their services to every major city in China. They have impressive plans to grow and aim to double their turnover over the next few years. Corporate Social Responsibility is also something that is very important to them and they have won numerous awards in this area.

Responsibilities: There are a number of parts to the role but the main part will be to support the HR Director to build the talent pipeline. Other responsibilities include: identifying appropriate and effective assessment methodologies for internal/external talent identification; organising and building assessment centres for early talent identification; consolidating assessment data and writing up assessment reports for management’s consideration; supporting each GM to develop the Talent Management Program at subsidiary level by educating, coaching and monitoring local HR staff in Program execution; measuring the Program effectiveness with appropriate methodologies.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Talent Management role. Backgrounds could be varied and could include Consultancy, MMC, FS or a Listed organisation. It is imperative that the successful candidate has experience and a solid understanding of assessment methodologies and consolidating of assessment data.

There will be about 30 – 40% travel into China and you must be able to speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. There are excellent benefits on offer and a great career path to the successful candidate.

Remuneration: HK$50 – HK$60 X 13 + up to 3 months bonus
