Talent Management Consultant, Asia Pacific recruitment

Our client is a leading Financial Services firm working in several countries in the Asia Pacific region. They have created a new role within their Human Resources function and would like to bring in a top-tier Talent Management professional to join them in the regional office here in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Senior Talent Management, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Talent Management activities across Asia Pacific. This role will be involved in a broad range of activities from developing the company's talent review process, working on succession planning programs, enhancing performance management tools as well as working on the firm's leadership development program - specifically for the top 200 senior management. This role encompasses working with business leaders and forging strong relationship with HR business partners in the various countries.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with relevant experience in Talent Development / Organization Development roles, ideally gained within sizable multinational organisations. A strong knowledge of the region will be required as is fluency in English. Another Asian language is a bonus. Above all you must have the energy and gravitas to execute strategic initiatives and the passion, credibility and maturity to deal with senior management.
