Talent Management Leader, Greater China recruitment
You will drive design and implement market specific strategic talent management processes including succession, learning, performance management and diversity initiatives by supplying advice, tools and resources that helps the region expand its workforce capabilities
This role supports both the global creation and drive Asia Pacific implementation on talent management initiatives, as well as collaborating with other talent management team members in project management and delivery.
As an HR leader, the individual will also sit on and actively participate within the HR Leadership team.
- Identify and establish relationships with key clients (Market Leader and Market Business Leaders) and stakeholders across the market
- Maintain a network of HR and market contacts to facilitate knowledge sharing, transfer and completion of key deliverables
- Partner with market HR Leaders to define vision and develop specific strategy around future talent management and diversity needs
- Project manage and execute on large scale TM related projects
- Directly ensure talent reviews are completed throughout the company Asia markets
- Contribute to HR innovation by working with Regional and Market HR partners.
- Facilitation of key strategic learning topics
