This is a new and exciting role for a Talent Mobility Administrator to work within a well-recognised, national professional services firm. This role has arisen as a result of the implementation of a new and exciting HR structure. The focus will be to support the development of a first class global mobility function and ensure the smooth and successful transition of international assignments to and from the UK.

Core responsibilities:

• Ensuring a positive and seamless international assignment experience for individuals to and from the UK by ensuring all logistics and administration are well managed
• Scheduling the interviews for the in-bound and out-bound secondees, including interview booking and confirming availability.
• Keeping track of the interviews progress and feedback rejections
• Generating offer letters, updating payroll and benefits etc. as required
• Producing management information on all aspects of international assignments
• Assigning buddies to any in-bound secondees and confirming the candidates details to the buddy
• Maintaining records of out-bound secondment letters, and process what is required internally
• Liaising with outsourced providers to ensure that visas, accommodation, flights and logistics are arranged as appropriate
• Keeping track of where each secondee is in the process, chase the relevant people as necessary
• Liaising with recruitment to ensure that visa applications are made for the candidates as appropriate, and the right to work is obtained
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the firm
• Working collaboratively across all areas within the team to deliver a value adding administrative service.
• Supporting the team and departments meeting, sharing ideas and follow best practice
• Ensuring that records are up to date, and provide regular management information as required
• Actively seeking to improve the administration service within the resourcing team

Ideally you will be:

• Previous experience of administering international assignments and working within the global mobility field is desirable
• A career driven individual with the initiative to drive through improvements to ensure an exceptional service delivery.
• Educated to A Level or degree level (or equivalent)
• Have proven experience of working within an administration customer facing or talent mobility role
• Be articulate, well organised and have excellent decision making skills
• Proficient user of MS Packages, including Word and Excel
• Have experience of working in resourcing, corporate environment, professional services sector or a HR shared service
• You will ideally have previous experience of handling candidates.
