Talent Mobility Executive Job in City Of London, London Uk

As part of our exciting new HR structure and fresh approach to hiring the very best talent, we have a new role for a Talent Mobility Executive to join the wider UK Resourcing Team of a well-recognised professional services firm. Operating from the central London office you will be a key player in developing Talent Mobility for the UK in line with a new global strategy.

Core responsibilities:

-Working with hiring managers and global counterparts to understand the short term, long term and strategic global mobility requirements of other member firms
-End to end process management of in-bound and out-bound secondees, liaising with relevant line managers
-Working with manager and Talent Development team to creating and implement procedures, templates, toolkits and clear guidance regarding induction and repatriation for use within the UK, encouraging engagement between line managers and their in-bound or out-bound secondees.
-Working with managers to proactively maintain relationships and ensuring compliance with external talent mobility outsourcing partners and any other relevant external bodies, such as the UK Borders Agency.
-Researching appropriately to keep up to date on what is happening in the Talent Mobility field to bring and share best practice ideas insight in to the team.
-Managing and developing the Talent Mobility Administrator.

Ideally, you will:

-Be experienced in the area of Global Mobility, having worked with international colleagues.
-Have been previously responsible for administration of international secondments, expatriate management or global mobility in a medium/large sized professional firm or corporate.
-Have a strong focus on client service delivery and relationship management
-Apply a pro-active approach with an ability to identify process improvements and drive change
-Looking for a challenging and varied role with an opportunity to have a real stamp on the development of Talent Mobility in the UK firm.
