Talent Strategy Manager recruitment

This is your opportunity to step into a highly dynamic and strategic talent environment. In this role, you will review global and local talent development initiatives and provide analytic input to support the development of future talent strategies and measure return on investment. You will work closely with HR to define the talent proposition, incorporating input from the business. Analyse changes in organisational needs and propose and design talent initiatives based on best practice that address those future needs.

Design and coordinate HiPo developmental activities for the business function, and facilitate global HiPo moves across the business. Additionally, you will engage with other functional talent teams to identify opportunities for cross functional use of talent programs and talent pools. Create and maintain a database of talent profiles for key business segments, and establish a regular engagement process with country HR and country Talent Managers to drive business strategy and ensure alignment exists between initiatives.

Applicants should be equipped with good business acumen and financial analytical skills coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Management. Ability to network, negotiate and navigate a matrix environment will be critical. This role is only open to candidates presently based inSingapore.
