Talented ASP.Net Developer at TravelBookingNetwork (London, United Kingdom) (allows remote)
Job Description
We are looking for a lead ASP.Net developer to play an exciting and long-term role in expanding our business:
- You will have significant responsibility to plan, build and execute our pipeline of development projects.
- You will have opportunity to use your own ideas and cutting edge technology.
- On starting, you will receive a detailed handover from the current developer who has built the software from scratch and will remain a consultant for assistance where required.
- You will be required to manage the existing front-end software, back-end software and API partnership connections, as well as add new functionality and integrating with partners.
- The “front-end” includes our website design and functionality.
- The “back-end” includes the client extranet (which includes content management and reporting), the booking cancellation and amendment system, and the payment system.
- You will also manage our two servers (redundant setup), which are hosted in a data centre with a world class monitoring system.
- You will report to Charlie Ramsay, the founder and managing director (aged 31).
Salary: highly competitive, plus bonus
Location: negotiable. You may be able to work either from our office (near Clapham Common tube station in London) or your home office (as long as it is in the UK and within reach of central London, to enable us to meet up).
Start Date: as soon as possible, before 1st September 2013.
Position: full time employee.
