PwC has recently established its Corporate and Commercial legal practice in Perth and seeks a high performing Associate to work in that team. In a challenging position, you will act on and draft agreements across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, including MA, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, group restructures and corporate governance work.
This role is marked for career growth and as such is aimed at an ambitious Associate with a minimum 5 years Corporate/Commercial experience from within a top tier or mid tier firm. You will have strong drafting skills, a commercial mindset and a wide knowledge of MA, private equity and public capital raising matters. Excellent interpersonal skills are a pre-requisite, along with an ability to delegate and inspire others.
