Our client is currently looking to hire a Tax expert to join it's expanding Tax Operations
team. The successful candidate will be expected to process all aspects of Tax applicable
primarily on dividend and coupon income received and take charge of all Taxation duties.
The daily responsibilities will include preparing relief at source documents, management
of dividend positions using the MOD regulations, adherence to QI and 1441 regulations,
tax reclamation, reconciliations, advising Prime Brokerage and Proprietary clients, and
tax guidance to internal partners. You will also assist with preparations for annual audit
by the UK Revenue and periodic US Audits. To apply for the this position you will
need previous experience with in Tax operations and the ability to work in a pressurized
environment and to tight deadlines.
