TAX – Transfer Pricing – Senior Accountant recruitment
Job purpose
Your main objective is to achieve business growth by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, informing them of our scope of services and communicating how these services benefit their organizations.
Your client responsibilities
- Demonstrate an understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and effectively apply economic/financial knowledge to client situations;
- Analyze information. Prepare quality, practical approaches to the client's economic situation and arrive at logical conclusions;
- Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely and responsive services / work products;
- Prepare documentation, participate in advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services;
- Identify and pursue transfer pricing opportunities with the aim to get new engagements.
- Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
Skills
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree, preferably with an advanced degree in economics, law, tax, accounting, or MBA;
- A minimum of 3 years of transfer pricing or similar experience for Managers, and 2-4 years experience for Seniors. Candidates with experience in general taxation and financial analysis will also be considered for Senior staff level position.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
- Excellent managerial, organizational, project management, analytical, and verbal / written communication skills;
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Mandarin speaking is an advantage;
- Travelling within Greater China is required;
- Proficiency in MS office.
