Overview
Our client is a leading global brand-name in property management and consultancy, with a long-established track record here in Asia-Pacific (APAC). Their APAC team is diversifying into more business divisions, and due to this growth, they are seeking an experienced LD / Talent Development professionals to lead their regional function.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR, APAC, and based in Singapore, you will be given the mandate of plan and develop a robust Regional Talent Development strategy with focus on identifying and realizing leadership potential in staff. Working as a partner with various country managers, you will oversee, manage and advise on LD and Talent Development processes, as well as in being actively involved in managing external vendors. You will be depended upon to create a culture conducive for Organizational Learning in support of the company's business objectives, and be in close contact with countries to evaluate LD effectiveness.
Requirements
You must be a degree-qualified candidate with at least 8 years of experience in LD management, within which at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. You must have solid communication skills and preferably be proficient in Mandarin. You should demonstrate your track record in developing and implementing effective LD strategies, and have built your expertise in client focused and people centric environments. You should also have garnered experience in harnessing various technology tools to deliver LD.
