We place candidates on a permanent, contract and interim basis in IT, accountancy finance, banking operations, legal, sales marketing, human resources, supply chain, procurement and support administration.
As part of the IT Recruitment Division based in the stunning Sydney CBD office, you will take on the title of Team Administrator responsible for supporting up to 12 Recruitment Consultants. This is a role for somebody who enjoys working as part of a corporate team in a busy, vibrant open plan office where the workload will keep you occupied - thus requiring an ability to work to deadlines.
Given the nature of the recruitment industry, the team is outgoing and social providing ample opportunity to enjoy the more social side of recruitment while working in a diverse, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Formatting and editing candidate resumes to comply with the Robert Walters standard format
- Entering candidate information into the database
- Answering the phones and taking detailed messages
- Other related administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous administrative work experience
- A strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong data entry skills
- Patience when dealing with candidates and clients over the phone and with consultants face to face
