Working closely with the Global Director of Recruitment and the EMEA Resourcing Managers, the resource co-ordinator is a pivotal team role helping to ensure the resourcing process runs smoothly and effectively.
The position holder is responsible for providing administrative support to a high-volume resourcing team; ensuring vacancies are filled with talented individuals across EMEA. In addition, the role also provides support to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition.
The Resourcing Operations Coordinator contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function by providing a high level of customer service and quality throughout the process.
?¢ Supporting the EMEA Resourcing Managers with the interview scheduling process, including candidate travel arrangements where necessary
?¢ Provide administrative support to the Resourcing Managers to include:
?¢ Ensuring that open positions are posted on internal and external career sites
?¢ Searching job board and other databases for high calibre candidates
?¢ Initial screening of applications and sending relevant CV??s to the Resourcing manager
?¢ Collation and delivery of feedback to candidates
?¢ Provide support to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition with reporting and administrative tasks. (For example arranging meetings and conference calls, booking travel, analysing recruitment metrics, preparing reports etc)
?¢ Invoice and Expense Processing
?¢ Process applicant expense claims, recruitment related invoices and employee referral payments
?¢ Manage invoice process, ensuring timely payment
General:
?¢ Respond to all internal or external recruiting related inquiries such as referral bonus policy, application inquiries, recruiting process, etc.
?¢ Proactive administration of the recruitment database and tracking tool to ensure data integrity and so that detailed reporting and management information can be prepared and analysed
?¢ Manage expenses, raising purchase orders and managing invoice payment process

Position Requirements:
Knowledge/Experience:
?¢ Previous recruitment coordination experience in not a mandatory requirement for this role ?" we are looking first and foremost for a person with exceptional administrative skills and an interest in applying those skills within the context of a busy recruitment function.
?¢ Experience of producing and analysing Management Information.
Skills:
?¢ High level of Excel skills (proficient to Intermediate level at minimum)
?¢ Excellent administration skills with high level of attention to detail, as well as the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes
?¢ Proficient with Word and PowerPoint
?¢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to interface comfortably with clients and other team members at all levels of the organization
?¢ Well organised, with good follow up skills
?¢ Flexibility and desire to be involved in a broad range of administrative tasks and recruitment projects
Desirable Skills
?¢ Experience of using an online recruitment system (eg Peoplefluent, TALEO).
