Team Assistant recruitment
Our client is a world leading financial service company, advising clients in all aspects of finance, around the world, around the clock. They operate in three global divisions - Private Banking, Investment Banking and Assest Management.
They are looking for Team Assistant to support the team and the Managing Director of the team.
Job Scope:
- Support a team of 20 analyst
- Extensive calendar organization, handles high volume of phone calls and emails.
- Relays information in a timely manner, coordinates and schedules meetings, conferences and special events.
- Coordinates travel arrangements and assists with Travel and Expenses reports.
- Takes on ad hoc projects while maintaining work flow and miscellaneous general office duties and administrative support.
- Orders and organizes all supplies.
- Maintains faxes, printers and photocopiers.
- Must be able to prioritize a variety of time-sensitive tasks.
- Demonstrates dependability, sense of urgency, and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task.
- Must display a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone, by e-mail and letter to senior level executives.
- Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.
