Team Head, MME Credit Approval
Responsibilities
1. Manage a small team of MME analyst
2. Overseeing daily operation of the analyst team, i.e. financial spreading on MME customers
3. Establish strong working partnership with MME Relationship Manager team to prepare credit proposal covering financial analysis and projections, industry and peer analysis
4. Review and endorse the finalized credit package with compliance with local and global credit policy before submission to Risk for approval
5. Conduct ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements
1) Degree holder with minimum 10 years' experience in MME relationship management or analysis
2) Good track record of previous experience in team management/ supervision
3) Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
4) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5) Must be a team player who is able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
