Team head, Operation risk in Headquarters, Asia recruitment
My client is a fast expanding foreign commercial bank in China; they provide full range of financial service to China corporate and MNCs. Now they need a quite high level operation risk people to support their long term strategy for Asia business.
This role is a key member of the China risk team and is broadly responsible for providing independent risk oversight related to operational risks in China, and will work closely with the CRO, business unit heads, and other functional groups with respect to the management, aggregation, and reporting of operational risks.
This role is expected to: providing operational risk oversight; addressing inquiries from regulators, external auditors, and internal auditors on all operational risk oversight issues;Managing and generating operational risk regulatory reporting (scheduled and ad-hoc requests) to the highest standards etc.
To qualify this job, candidate should have minimum 8 years experience in risk management with specific responsibilities and roles in operational risk or closely related functions. Advanced written and verbal communications, both English and Mandarin; Strong presentation and training skills
