TEAM HEAD, OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT recruitment
Job Description :
• Review the Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework including staffing, processes, policies/procedures and systems
• Formulate and update the Operational Risk Policies, guidelines and operating procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and in line with Corporate requirements and market best practice
• Monitor and assess the Risk in accordance with the local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare various reports and conduct projects, such as Operational Risk Management Reporting, Operational Risk Self Assessments, Key Risk Indicator Program, Operational Risk Action Plans, New Product Program, Business Continuity Management Program, etc.
Job Requirement :
• Degree in Banking or relevant discipline, with formal training in auditing preferably.
• 10 years’ experience in Banking Industry related to Operational Risk Management, Internal control, Audit or Quality Assurance
• With hands-on experience in leading the Business
Continuity Plan Program
• Good knowledge of operational risk assessment methodologies
• Good knowledge in Banking regulations, operations, products and services
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
