Team Lead for Remedial Management

Responsibilities 

Whilst reporting into the Division Head of Commercial Credit Risk, the successful incumbent will be tasked with managing the end-to-end Early Warning, Collection and Remedial functions for the commercial portfolio. Managing a team of 11, the Remedial Team Head will ensure early problem identification across a client base of SME and MME customers by means of enhancing the framework, performing stress tests and also by having effective communication across the group. The jobholder will also be responsible for process design and updating any relevant procedures in line with the banks compliance policies. This opportunity will also involve the interaction with customers and Relationship Managers in defining account strategies, performing financial reviews and market intelligence and also having delegated credit approval. 

Requirements 

The Team Head of Remedial Management will be required to be a degree holder ideally in a finance related discipline from a top tier university and will have at least 10 years’ banking experience which includes at least years covering remedial management. In order to lead a team of 11, the incumbent must have a strong background in leadership with the adaptability provide change and lead the team forward. Furthermore, you are required to have excellent analytical and communication skills, which will include written and spoken Cantonese and English.
