The Company
My client, one of the world’s largest Asset Management is urgently seeking a hands-on lead J2EE Application Developer for their Transfer Agency System development team.
The Role
As a Team Lead, You will lead a sizeable development team to oversee and monitor all stages of the development cycle. The Key responsibility of the role is to develop and support of the Transfer Agency systems. You will provide review on design, coding, test result and system performance to ensure quality is up to standards. In addition, you will be the Scrum Master/Product Owner in Agile projects and provide on-going production support and overnight support on the Transfer Agency applications to local and regional users.
Your Profile
You must have a proven track record of development in Java (J2EE) and of OO design patterns with strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL. You will also be required to have a solid understanding of data-structures and multithreaded programming and be comfortable with Agile style development practices. You have hands on experience in J2EE design patterns, Spring Framework, Hibernate, JavaScript, XML, and Eclipse on UNIX Platform. You have experience in Asset Management area especially in the Transfer Agency is highly preferred. You will also have demonstrable interpersonal, communication and team skills, capable of working at all levels across multiple locations. You speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
