Team Leader, Sales & Relationship Management

High calibre and polished individual with excellent client and leadership skills and proven Sales, Business Development and Relationship experience gained from Wealth Management is sought by this prestigious asset management house. 

 

Key purpose of the role will be to identify, introduce and develop new investors; grow assets under management with existing clients whilst ensuring client retention and client satisfaction; offer discretionary investment advice (minimum RDR Level 4 is prerequisite); lead and motivate a team to ensure targets are achieved/exceeded.

 

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commercial focus, together with a good understanding of risk management and the integrity essential to win, drive and retain assets under management in a competitive and highly regulated environment. This is a senior role where a depth and breadth of wealth management experience in a Sales role is essential as the incumbent will be expected to support and develop the wealth proposition to ensure that growth targets are in line with strategic goals.
