Team Leader – Secured Funding recruitment
Position Description
Responsible for the daily management of Equity Secured Funding activity both bilaterally and in Tri-Party; working closely with the BRM Financing Desk to provide a timely level of support in the provision of asset optimisation. Tasks include:
- BONY/JPM Chase/Euroclear Tri-Party/Bi-lateral:
- Breaks/Fails
- Recalls/Substitutions
- Restrictions of Corporate Actions
- Collateral/Exposure Management including pledging
- Manage projections
- Review unfunded reports/highlighting inefficiency
- Manage Credit Line/Sec Pools and Re-hype with Parent
- To provide the technical knowledge of Equity Tri-Party activity to both ISG Operations and the BRM in the provision of support to new business and the efficient funding of existing business
- To advise the BRM on the freedoms/limitations of collateral management in Tri-Party, including the ability of Tri-Party to enforce stipulations applicable to a bilateral trade
Skills Required
Strong working knowledge of Equities,Collateral Management and the settlement of Equities are essential.
Tri-Party knowledge would be preferable but not essential.
