Team Leader

This position will require you to assist the Banquet Manager in all aspects of running the banquet operation, including staff supervision and client liaison.

 

We will require the following from you:

·    A high standard of communication skills, and phone manner, to personalize guest interaction and be able to engage in polite conversation

·    Maintain an accurate knowledge of individual menu items, including basic ingredients and the method of preparation.

·    Hold a current RSA Certificate and understand liquor laws

·    Work well under pressure

·    Have previous skills of upselling menu items to guests over the telephone

·    Management skills to manage a team on shift of approximately 10 staff members
