The individual will acquire and nurture a list of companies into long-term Citibank at Work companies, ready to accept new marketing promotions and introduction of a wider breadth of products and services.
Other responsibilities include:
- Acquire and nurture a list of companies into long-term Citibank at Work companies, ready to accept new marketing promotions and introduction of a wider breadth of products and services.
- Explore and apply knowledge of banking services and financial education to help the team formulate and develop its strategy to continuously deepen relationships and pursue customer service excellence.
- Build strategic internal and external partnerships that provide value-add and differentiation for Citibank at Work.
The ideal candidate will fit the following requirements:-
- Teritary Degree qualifications
- 5-7 years in a Sales Management Role preferably in the banking industry
- Motivational manager who is adaptable to changing business conditions and client requirements
- Analytical and possess good portfolio management skills
- Entrepreneurial in identifying new company acquisition opportunities
- Experience in building relationships with clients at various corporate levels
- Understanding of channel marketing and online marketing to capitalize all acquisition opportunities
- Able to pitch ideas, concepts, and explain products and services to obtain senior management buy-in
