My client is a Boutique Private Bank looking for senior private bankers who can bring a small team of UHNW- HNW clients from either the MENA, LATAM or Europe market and help the bank grow into internationally
This is a great unique opportunity to help a young private bank grow its private banking and is a great chance build you own team. The founders of this bank are from top tier one banks and have a vast experience in private banking. They know how to approach private banking in the right way for the clients taking into account their secrecy and offer a bespoke service. They have current LATAM and MENA Coverage but it is limited and not as focussed as they would like it to be therefore there is the opportunity to build your own team and be part of the strategy for the bank growth. They are looking for candidates who have the potential to be partners and this is something they will offer. The bank currently has significant overage of the European market therefore are well known in this market to prospective clients in this region. They can offer a very competitive package. In this role you would be responsible for managing HNW and UHNW clients and have the ability to build or bring your own team with you. They are looking for small team to begin with. The position would be based initially in Geneva but as they have plans to open new offices very soon there would be the opportunity to move location. Having been successful so far they are looking to build on this success, developing new clients for the bank and a team that shows potential to grow their book.
Suitable candidates for this position should demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
• Previous experience of managing HNW- UHNW relationships.
• A demonstrable track record in client acquisition.
• A strong knowledge of the wealth management industry in Europe.
My client is realistic in their expectations and are looking for potential as much as experience and in terms of targets will be looking for a solid business plan detailing assets that can be brought into the bank within the first 3 years. This can be supplied at a later date.
