Partnered to one of the largest Accounting networks globally, our client is looking for a Team Secretary to join their busy Brisbane CBD office. This is a fast-paced role and a fantastic opportunity to work for a widely recognised, highly reputable organisation in a friendly and supportive environment.
Job Description
In order to be considered for this role you will need prior experience in a similar administration role within a corporate setting. You will display strong communication skills both written and verbal, proficiency in the Microsoft applications Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will also be immaculately presented and have prior experience in a Reception role as you may be required to provide relief cover, handling a busy switchboard.
The Successful Applicant
In support of your department, you will be responsible for:
- Data input and maintenance of the client database
- Document processing including photocopying, scanning, laminating and binding
- Answering phone calls for the department as well as covering the main reception as required
- Typing and editing documents and letters
- Collating weekly and monthly reports
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
- Some kitchen duties (operating the dishwasher, stocking the fridge)
- Organising catering and providing refreshments to guests

An induction and basic training will be provided, however due to the length of the assignment this will be limited. Central location close to public transport outlets, retail outlets and cafes.
