An exciting opportunity to join a leading car manufacturer based in Cowley.
You will be responsible for all aspects of production including processes, volume, quality, gun spares and labour planning including training and work safety.
Responsibilities also include leading of Associates including Machine Controllers and Team Leaders, data analysis, surveillance checks and communication of information.
Responsible of all aspects of Paint production, control of paint machines, paint product and process issues including maintaining the highest quality and volume. Carrying out and leading facility maintenance tasks unsupervised.
Ensuring optimisation of plant/equipment, cycle time, process specifics and technical functions.
Applicants will have a recognised engineering or plant apprenticeship or BET/NC or equivalent in Paint technology or relevant work experience. Special knowledge of hand and machine paint application processes. Self motivated, self confident with evidence of decision making skills.
