Technical Account Manager Client facing Regional projects recruitment
Global leading software company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with a personality to deliver quality and profession services to their clients. Successful candidates will get to gain exposure in this customer centric role. Candidates should have strong background in project management, preferably have worked in Front office environment and have good communication skills in English to qualify. Excellent opportunity to gain exposure in APAC markets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Build relationships with clients be the first point of contact for clients.
Handle projects from end to end and be able to explain the whole SDLC process clearly.
Be able to prioritise requirements, influence stakeholders and show initiative to provide first class service to clients.
Understand and gather requirements to pass on to the implementation team to handle.
Providing advice to clients on technical issues and come up with alternative solutions to ensure smooth delivery of project.
Pre-requisites:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to understand and maintain a good relationship with the client.
Good communication skills in English are a must.
Knowledge in financial markets in APAC is a bonus.
Good experience in Front office environment.
Good understanding of any financial product.
Candidates should be analytical, resourceful, motivated and a team player. Candidates should also be willing to travel to regional countries for projects.
