Overview:
We are looking to add a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to our Global Support Services (GSS) team. The candidate will be responsible for installation/configuration, implementation and onsite support of TT software within customer's e-trading environments. This person will also provide proactive customer training, maintain relationships with our customer's technical staff and fully manage the customer's overall experience while using TT software.
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage multiple customer relationships.
• Drive resolution of customer issues through all means necessary.
• Develop highly effective relationships across all departments.
• Escalate technical issues as appropriate.
• Apply fundamental troubleshooting to each issue skills when issues have been escalated to the TAM before involving support engineers.
• Provide analysis and recommendations for product enhancement.
• Understand, prioritize and drive resolution of issues through hands-on involvement and highly effective communication between responsible parties at the client site and TT.
• Use project management methodologies to track and drive customer requirements and technical solutions.
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual, verbal and written (English and Japanese).
• 5+ years experience supporting a MS Windows Server environment.
• Solid grasp of networking concepts.
• Cisco experience preferred.
• Linux experience preferred.
• The ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience supporting TT software preferred.
• Prior experience in the financial / futures industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Effective cross-department communication skills.
• The ability to document and communicate problem/resolution and information/action plans.
• Strong leadership skills.
