As a small, specialist software company creating innovative solutions for the legal and financial sector, our client is looking for a savvy Technical Consultant to help contribute to the success of the business.

As a Technical Consultant, you will become an expert in the use of our client's flagship product which helps their clients monitor and report on web traffic and web usage.

Using your strong HTML and JavaScript skills, you will be assisting clients by creating configuration scripts to meet their requirements. You will work as part of the support and development team, contributing to clients' technical implementations, configuration and internal development.

Working alongside the in-house consultants, you will also assist clients in resolving any complex configuration issues or questions they may have. You will interact with clients mainly via email and the client support ticketing systems, and in some instances, using the remote desktop support software.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

- Strong HTML and JavaScript development experience
- An extensive track record of providing complex systems support
- Excellent general knowledge of IT systems
- An IT-related degree

As a Technical Consultant, you'll need superb English communication skills, predominantly written communication.

Any systems development work would be advantageous.
