Technical Consultant / Implementation Consultant

A leading B2B social media technology company are currently looking for a technical consultant to lead customisation and integration projects for a range of their key clients.

One of the leading players in B2B social media they are globally recognised as one of the best in the business which backed by numerous awards and industry recognition. They help companies engage customers and develop their business through the use of social media, creating bustling communities across websites and a variety of social media platforms, reducing service cost and accelerating innovation in the process. They have an impressive client list including Spotify, Skype, Virgin Media and Sony amongst others.

They are now looking for a technical consultant / implementation consultant to lead customisation and integration projects which can range from simple user interface changes to complex web-services based integrations with external systems such as CRM providers. You will form part of the professional services team and will be the main technical client interface for the entire customer life-cycle. You will guide both internal and external stakeholders on deciding the best possible course of action and them implement, alongside the project managers, the chosen solution.
