Technical Delivery Manager – Hosted Services – Banking and Financial Services recruitment
The Delivery Manager will take charge of the analysis and delivery of trading platforms for clients within the Hosted Environment in Asia. As part of the customer-facing team, you will be the key contact person for clients. You will also work alongside with the technical team to ensure a smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
• Assist analysis and demonstrate full understanding of client’s requirements
• Monitor closely the progress and delivery of service
• Manage the dependencies between customers and the team to ensure service is delivered
• Prioritise workloads
Requirements
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• A strong conversationalist, performance-driven and result-oriented
• Solid experience of managing and delivering technical projects
• Experience in a client-facing role and influencing customers at a senior level
• Analytical background and able to consolidate ideas into plans
• Take ownership of delivery to customers with a strong commercial focus and attention to details
• Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills
• Maintain calmness and positive attitude under stress and adversity
• Experience in derivatives trading in front-and-middle office is an advantage
