Job Summary:
Leads, drives and manages regional Risk Engineering Technical Centers and Capability Development efforts. Ensures global consistency and quality in the Risk Engineering Network in accordance with agreed Risk Engineering network service delivery standards. Delivers reviews and presents results of local and regional performance management audits, internal benchmarking and Business Management Systems. Has an enhanced level of technical expertise and shares this with colleagues, business partners and/or customers, beyond that usually associated with the provision of Performance Management services. Ensures technical excellence and global consistency. Manages the delivery of global/regional/local training and Qualified to Perform initiatives for the Risk Engineering network.
Job Tasks
1)Use existing scorecards and develop future scorecards and Key Performance Indicators to measure transformational change at Global, Regional or local level.
2)Supervises, coordinates and performs network, regional and local technical audits.
3)Use the existing Technical Review / Audit system and drive Technical Excellence.
4)Ensure network, regional or local compliance with the existing Business Management Systems
5)Lead and support regional RE Capability Development efforts
6)Maintain and improve the “Qualified-to-Perform” (Q2P) framework
Job Qualifications:
Professional Qualification
• Relevant degree and/or related industry or technical certification in a specific field of expertise Experience
• Relevant experience in performance management and quality assurance.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated abilities to led in a team environment with limited or no other management involvement.
10 or more years of (defined) experience
Mobility
• Travel as required to support local, regional and global RE efforts.
Language
• Demonstrate language expertise relative to your customer base and….
• Very good (minimum) English/Spanish or English/Portuguese communication skills required (proficient preferred).
-Spoken - take active part in meetings and conduct negotiations
-Written – compose reports with minimal grammatical errors in English/Spanish
