NMS Labs, a bioanalytical testing and crime laboratory specializing in clinical, forensic and occupational toxicology, endocrinology testing by mass spectrometry and criminalistics testing, has an opening for an experienced Technical Director (Research Development Scientist).
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the development and validation of bioanalytical methods utilization of mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS, LC-MS/TOF, GC-MS) for the analysis of biologicals (blood, serum, tissues) for various agents and metabolites of toxicological interest. Case-specific analyses related to forensic toxicology will present unique scientific challenges. The individual will join over 120 laboratorians at NMS Labs, with a stand-alone RD department.
Desired qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry or other relevant field and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Non-doctoral level candidates will be considered if they have a proven record of success.
