Technical Help Desk Support

I am recruiting for a Technical Helpdesk Support Agent to work for a leading IT company based in Central London.

Duties include 
* Keeping all aspects of SM7 call data updated with current information
*You will be aware of all current and outstanding jobs
* Escalate and update the shift leaders, supervisors and contract manager, where appropriate, on SLA’s nearing there target time
* You will notify Customer Service of any issues regarding SLA’s or customer escalations
* You will provide support and effectively manage your workload for all aspects of your duties
* You will update the shift leaders on any issues that may arise during the day

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SM7, E-Permit and BMS.  You must be self motivated, a good communicator and immediately available.  

You will be trained on all relevant systems however help desk experience is essential.
