The role holder will play a key project role in the development, implementation and deployment of a transformation initiative for ANZ's Transactive Asia Strategic Program. This will mean managing the Technical Installation of software releases across the hardware, network, operating system and application layers. It is imperative to have an effective delivery and stakeholder management skills. This is a management role with a requirement for strong hands and attention to detail.

ANZ is seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Manager to join a large program servicing the Institutional Business. The Technical Implementation Manager is responsible for successfully the cash management software releases into the production environments and managing all related activities surrounding technical implementation. Key responsibilities cover coordinating all go-live activities and resources for the before and after each installation of the software into production.

Qualifications:

• Strong, hands-on technical implementation management experience of banking or cash management systems of at least 7 years
• Technical Project Management or implementation background and end-to-end project experience with large system, multi-country installations
• Ability to handle discussions with different technology teams across various domains; database, middleware, application, vendor and other interface partners
• Required to have team lead and / or project management skills with a proven track record of delivery across technology implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills are keys to success in this role
• Must demonstrate experience working in a distributed team environment
• Banking domain experience highly desired due to the tight timeframes of the project (someone who can ramp up quickly and add value)
• ITIL or similar certification
