Technical Process Engineer

Our client, a global company with its head office based in Southampton, is seeking a business process engineer to join the team. The aim of this team is to provide specialist business and technical skills to support various projects ensuring operational effectiveness and efficiencies.

The role of the technical process engineer is to solve business problems and define business processes through the use of Lean process engineering and other appropriate tools and techniques.

In order to be successful you will be able to demonstrate a track record of identifying issues and the design of new processes/recommended changes to resolve. Furthermore you will also have the ability to support business change cases through strong evaluation and analysis, recognising the benefits and ensuring they are aligned with the strategic aim of the proposed change.
