Performs most complex elements of a variety of Professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements. Uses automated tracking system, identify candidates from numerous sources, initiate ads, screens and qualifies candidates and performs reference checks.
Works with search firms or other placement agencies, and determines optimum recruitment method to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool. May be responsible for creating, updating and generating all standard and ad hoc recruiting reports and ensuring that all reports are accurate and published by set deadlines. Works in partnership with Recruitment Services, Operations, Finance, etc. to maintain quality control of all recruiting data and processes and develop process improvements for increased transparency and detail, as well as to ensure that there are no gaps in the reporting process. May conduct analysis of recruiting data and testing recruiting systems. Assists team in other strategic projects and ad-hoc requests as needed. May evaluate selection and placement techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management and supervisory personnel. May specialize in interviewing and referring certain types of personnel, such as professional, technical, managerial, clerical, and other types of skilled or unskilled workers. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the Company, a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 or more years of technical recruiting experience.
