Technical Services Manager Sweden
You are a highly professional, results oriented, positive individual and a team player who would like to make a difference. Your key focus will be to ensure that our customers receive quality technical service, and will in addition work closely with our sales team, both directly towards customers during the sales process and with product training and technical questions. You are the first point of contact regarding technical questions for ResMed distributors, service partners and regional/international service network. We expect that you at all time to stay updated on our product technology and distribute news and information. You are also responsible for the development and maintenance of our quality systems and complaint handling systems. As part of the Swedish team you will be able to significantly impact the development of ResMed’s presence, and the overall treatment of patients in Sweden. As many patients with diabetes and heart failure (and other cardiovascular diseases) also suffer from sleep disordered breathing, experience from these therapy areas will be considered a key strength.
You must have:
• A desire to make a difference
• Gymnasium/university degree in electronics.
• Min. 3-5 years experience of hands on technical service.
• Basic understanding in computer knowledge and software installations
• Excellent technical skills and a hands on, doer mentality.
• Good English and excellent Swedish in written and verbal is a must.
You will report to the COO Sweden. The position is located in our new office in Kista – “KistaOne”.
