Technical Specialist BTO DSP (Oss) Job in Oss, Noord Brabant Netherlands
The Center of Excellence Biotech Technical Operations gives technical support, process support - troubleshooting and continuous improvement - to the local Biotech upstream and downstream Integrated Process Teams (manufacturing), is involved by process fit / introduction of new processes in the production facilities and cooperates with other technical groups in the global network.
- Responsible for continuous process surveillance elements
- Execute trouble shooting activities, deviation assessment, global change control, annual process reporting and improvement projects
- Supports as technical process expert the DSP Production in order to continuous improve biotechnological manufacturing processes
- Has a clear focus on process performance and assists Production in order to meet compliance, delivery and improvement targets
- During campaign present in clean rooms (“BTO on floor”) for technical support and building up process execution knowledge
- Unit operation specialist
- Writes Master Production Document.
- Reviews Master Batch records, recipes and process related documentation from Production
- Pro-actively applies Change Management and Lean Six Sigma tools as enablers for success
- Contributes to standardization of processes and methodologies within BTO
- Go to Gemba mentality practice
