Technical Support Analyst, FRONT OFFICE, EQUITY DERIVATIVES
Based in London, you will join the Production Services team, which manages the service support of its users of the European, Middle-East and Africa branches (3 000 users).
You will support the users of the Investment Banking Division on Derivative's applications in London, one of the leading financial market place in Europe.
As a Support Analyst in a very dynamic environment, you will support the users of the Investment Banking Division on Derivative's applications and will also act as a main contact point for the PRD team of your perimeter. Your user base is covering derivatives sales and trading on flows products and structured products with equity as main underlying. These users are based all over Europe.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
*Morning Checks before markets opening (missing prices, connection between internal market and clients)
*Resolution of problems and incidents : info gathering, analysis, resolution (or transfer to the team in charge - level 3 support, development team or helpdesk) and prevention of future similar incidents
*Maintenance of existing batches
*Analyze, investigate and fix functional and technical problems raised by users
*Support guides drafting
*Documentation
