Technical Support Analyst I

We are currently recruiting a number of Complaint Handlers for a large corporate organisation based in Bradford (BD1 5AN). This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working within a service driven organisation. If you are unable to commit to ALL of the below, please do not apply.

All successful candidates will be subject to a credit check and must be able to supply 3 years of continuous referencing – Either Academic, Employment or proof of receipt of benefit such as Jobseekers/Maternity/Carers Allowance.

Job Details –

Full Time - 5 days p/w, 9AM – 5PM Monday – Friday. (Inc some shift work, flexibility is required in order to meet the needs of the business.) Every 2 weeks you must work 1 early shift (8AM – 4PM) or 1 late shift (11AM – 7PM) Also includes the occasional Saturday shift (1 in 6)
Temp – Minimum 12 months (Temp to perm)
Rate of pay p/h – £8.39 p/h

To investigate and resolve written complaints within company guidelines
Ensuring complaints are handled within the FSA guidelines and timescales
To work as part of a team, supporting your colleagues
To record complaint details accurately
To deliver excellent customer service, resolving complaints at the first point of contact

Knowledge, Skill Experience Required –

The ability to take ownership of your workload and manage your diary
Excellent letter writing skills
The ability to use Microsoft Works other PC applications
Good organisational skills
The ability to communicate effectively, remaining calm when challenged
To be flexible and approachable
To be able to work well under pressure and towards strict deadlines
To be enthusiastic and committed to teamwork
The ability to provide constructive feedback in order to improve levels of service
