Our client is a large public sector organisation who is known for recruiting excellent IT Support staff into their challenging and driven workplace.

Due to increased demands, an opening for a Technical Support Analyst has arisen. This role involves being the first point of contact for a busy service desk, dealing with escalations as required and most importantly, finding solutions.

As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated experience in a corporate IT Support role and be confident in your communication skills. A working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and ITIL procedures is essential. This is a Microsoft SOE (Windows XP 7) and you will have the opportunity to work closely with both the Network/Comms and the Server Specialist teams.
