Technical Support Engineer- German Job in Kildare, Kildare Ireland

Duties:
Deliver professional technical support for messaging, IM communication, web conferencing and websites in German English
Resolve IT issues using various systems and tools
Follow-up on actions e.g - dispatch materials, escalate problems etc.

TECHNOLOGY SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS

Blackberry Enterprise Server
oWorking knowledge of the BES server, BlackBerry functionality and activation troubleshooting

Exchange
o 8+ months experience working directly with Microsoft Exchange server 2003 or newer
o Detailed understanding of the individual steps of mail flow
o Four year degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline/work experience
o 6+ months experience with and detailed understanding of DNS and related messaging DNS records
o 6+ months experience working with Active Directory. Have a good understanding of interaction between Exchange server and Active Directory servers
o 6+ months working with configuring mail clients in an Exchange environment
o Native German is preferred
