My client a leading international productivity solutions provider is looking to recruit an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding team in Buckinghamshire.
This opportunity is exciting and the company will offer excellent training.
Responsibilities will include:
To providing incident resolution support for the companies products;
To identifying, troubleshooting and resolving software issues;
To delivering excellent customer services to clients by proactively communicating progress with support cases.
The ideal candidate would possess:
A degree in Computer science or engineering
Experience of providing technical support to customers
Good knowledge of SQL Server and Windows
Experience with XML / JavaScript / VB script
Fluency in French would be a strong bonus.
