Position Responsibilities:
As part of a dynamic technical support team, you will implement Support a Software as a Service (SaaS) model for delivering services and solutions to customers by responding to online trouble tickets, debugging problems, assisting in fixing bugs, documenting solutions, creating tech support articles, changing code and helping to maintain a knowledgebase. Required:
