Requirements:

Provide superior technical support and build successful long term relationships with both internal and external
clients for internal work flow applications and sales tools.
Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to product support requests.
Communicate effectively with engineering and other technical groups to enhance products and resolve customer
issues.
Ensure prompt resolution of technical challenges.
Requirements:
Experience in technical support, QA, or work flow support.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in Spanish or Hebrew a plus
