We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join the Learning Development team located in our Sydney head office. You will design and deliver a range of technical training programs across all Lend Lease businesses, including Microsoft training, system and skills training sessions, in a classroom or remotely using tools such as live meeting. You will be responsible for developing facilitator guides, session plans and participation workbooks and consulting with key stakeholders to identify needs and create appropriate training solutions.
A Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment will be essential, as will strong facilitation and communication skills. You will have an eye for accuracy, be an expert in MS Office and have previous experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
Experience with InDesign, Robohelp and Oracle system training would be highly advantageous.
